About us

Elastisys is a fast-growing company in an exciting phase that offers cloud-based solutions and services for customers who want to run their applications and services in a scalable and secure way. We work at the forefront of the niche IT area of cloud native, and our services and products are used by companies operating both within Sweden and on the European market, primarily in education, health and medical care, and financial services. We are active members of the Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF). We are Sweden's first Kubernetes Certified Service Provider (KCSP) and actively contribute to the open-source community!

Those of us who work at Elastisys are a mix of board and video game enthusiasts, musicians, marathon runners, vegans, dedicated parents, coffee drinkers, black belt holders, animal lovers, and much more. Despite our different interests, we all value our flexible, knowledge-sharing work environment and are proud of the caring and multicultural corporate culture we have. We currently have 49 full-time employees from 10 different countries, which is why we communicate in English in our daily work (even though we try to teach a bit of Swedish during coffee breaks!). 35 of us are engineers covering the entire spectrum from juniors with little experience to seniors, several of whom hold PhDs in computer science.

What we do

In our Professional Services team (which we are now looking to strengthen) we assist national and international customers with the implementation of cloud-native open-source technologies. The projects are versatile, niche, and at the technical forefront of cloud-based development. We work with most of what the cloud-based ecosystem offers within open source.

Who we are looking for

Right now, we are looking for both junior and senior engineers for our Professional Services team. As an engineer in this team, you will work alongside team members in various consulting projects with our clients.

You need to have

• Basic experience with containerized applications and Kubernetes
• The willingness to learn cloud-based technologies
• Very good communication skills in English (written and spoken), as this is our company language
• A caring attitude towards our customers and your team members
